Will Patterson

Will Patterson is a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in ensuring platform reliability and optimizing application performance. Currently employed at Goosehead Insurance Agency since October 2023, Will previously held the same position at CDK Global from December 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included assessing product reliability and managing data feeds for internal and external customers. At Sabre Corporation, Will served in multiple roles, notably as a Senior Solutions Architect and Scrum Master, focusing on application monitoring and team efficiency. Will began a professional journey at Texas A&M University, where academic accomplishments include a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. Leadership skills were demonstrated through founding the undergraduate chapter of Net Impact and successfully managing a significant grant for sustainability initiatives.
