Additionally, Michael holds the position of Head of Operations at BBJ Consult AG and works as a Senior International Freelance Consultant, specializing in EU Structural Funds management, employment, and social policy across various countries including Hungary, Russia, and Turkey. Previous roles include Senior Evaluator for the EU-China Social Protection Reform Project at IBF International Consulting and Team Leader for several EU-funded social protection projects in Lebanon and Palestine. Michael's educational background includes law degrees from the University of Augsburg and the Bavarian State Juridical Examination Center, complemented by a diploma in Social Media Marketing from Shaw Academy.
