Michael Gericke

Michael Gericke currently serves as the Key Expert for Employment and VET at GOPA Worldwide Consultants, focusing on the EU4SI project in Albania. Additionally, Michael holds the position of Head of Operations at BBJ Consult AG and works as a Senior International Freelance Consultant, specializing in EU Structural Funds management, employment, and social policy across various countries including Hungary, Russia, and Turkey. Previous roles include Senior Evaluator for the EU-China Social Protection Reform Project at IBF International Consulting and Team Leader for several EU-funded social protection projects in Lebanon and Palestine. Michael's educational background includes law degrees from the University of Augsburg and the Bavarian State Juridical Examination Center, complemented by a diploma in Social Media Marketing from Shaw Academy.
