Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at GOPA Worldwide Consultants is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing technical assistance projects in developing and transition economies. This multi-disciplinary team manages projects across various sectors including education, employment promotion, health, social development, rural development, environment, governance, and economic development. They ensure successful project delivery by adhering to operational standards, such as EC/EDF procedures and GIZ’s Capacity WORKS model, while coordinating with national and international financing agencies and private industry stakeholders.
