Aleksejs Miščuks

Aleksejs Miščuks is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support and project management. Currently serving as the Information Technology Support Team Lead and System Administrator at GOPA Consulting Group since October 2022, Aleksejs is involved in the implementation and administration of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM and Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Previously, Aleksejs worked as an IT Support Specialist at Unisys, providing second-level support for European Central Bank customers. Aleksejs's extensive experience also includes a 12-year tenure at the Information Centre of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Latvia, where responsibilities spanned from project management of ITSM upgrades to service desk support. Aleksejs holds an academic leave in History from Latvian University, completed between 2010 and 2016.
