Meghan O'Brien is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and people engagement, currently serving as Director of Engagement at S&P Global since June 2015. Meghan's focus includes adopting an Agile mindset within the People team and leading initiatives in people analytics, culture, and engagement. With a background in talent acquisition and significant prior experience at SNL Financial as Senior Manager, Meghan successfully established a new department that grew a team from one to one hundred, enhancing data coverage for various banking products. Educationally, Meghan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from James Madison University.
