Joel Binder

Joel Binder has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joel is currently working at Pangea Money Transfer as a Lead Product Manager, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Product Manager at the same company since September 2018.

Prior to their naval career, Joel worked as a Mechanical Engineer co-op at Delta Air Lines from 2000 to 2003 and as a Mechanical Engineer at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division from 2004 to 2007.

To further enhance their skill set, Joel then attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they obtained an MBA + MEM (Master of Business Administration + Master of Engineering Management) degree specializing in Operations, Design, and Marketing from 2012 to 2014.
