Rita Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2010, they began their career as a Trainee at CTCP - Centro Tecnológico do Calçado de Portugal. In 2013, they were a Trainee at the Portuguese Delegation at the OECD - OCDE. In 2014, they worked as a Product Development Assistant at PAR Europe, where they were responsible for developing a new cosmetics brand and launching the first make up line. In 2016, they were a Customer Engagement and Analytics at EDP. In 2018, they were a Customer Experience Strategy at Grupo Ageas Portugal. Since 2020, they have been a Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Marketing and Communication at Goparity | Impact finance, where they have tripled and doubled the investment in 2021 and 2022 and funded projects and companies in fifteen different countries.
Rita Oliveira has a diverse educational background. Rita began their education at Externato Delfim Ferreira, where they obtained their High School degree in Science and Technology from 2001 to 2009. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, where they completed an International Mobility Programme in Business Administration and Management, General. From 2009 to 2012, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Economics from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. In 2013, they obtained a DELE certification from Instituto Cervantes, and in 2012, they obtained a BULATS certification. In 2014 and 2015, they attended Nova School of Business and Economics, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management. In 2018, they attended EDIT. - Disruptive Digital Education, where they completed an E-commerce Strategy Fundamentals Workshop in E-Commerce. In 2019, they obtained a Customer Experience Certification from IZO.
