Dave Sewell

Dave Sewell started their career in 2005 at Union Pacific Railroad as a Manager Track Maintenance. Dave then worked as a Structural Engineer at Shoemaker & Haaland Professional Engineers from 2006 to 2010. In 2012, they joined 3M where they held various roles including Strategic Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager, Division Strategic Planner, Global Product Portfolio Manager, and Global New Product Marketing Manager. In their roles, they were responsible for overseeing product development, pricing and gross margin management, P&L management, strategic planning, and market expansion planning. Dave managed the shut down and relocation of the entire product line from two manufacturing facilities into a new plant and identified adjacent product opportunities leading to the addition of heat shield products. In 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Gopher Stage Lighting.

Dave Sewell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the years between 2000 and 2005. Later, between 2010 and 2012, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. However, there is no information about their field of study during their MBA program.
