Jairo Kasmierchcki has an extensive work experience spanning from 2008 to 2022. Jairo began their career as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Sussex from 2008 to 2010. Jairo then moved on to work as a Software Developer at Cogapp from 2010 to 2013, where they worked on projects for clients such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Science Museum, National Portrait Gallery, Dorling Kindersley, The Children's Society as well as many internal projects. Jairo then worked as a Software Developer at TUI Travel PLC from 2013 to 2014, where they were responsible for working with the Dev team, building and maintaining robust, stable websites and applications and guaranteeing the successful launch of projects in a timely and cost effective manner. Jairo then moved on to work at Claromentis Ltd from 2014 to 2022, where they held two roles. Firstly, they were a Lead Custom Application Developer, in which they collaborated with engineers, QA and designers in order to solve interesting and challenging problems and deliver scalable technology that provided value to their clients. Secondly, they were a Senior Software Developer, where they wrote clear, maintainable code that scaled across projects and distributed development teams. Currently, they are a Back End Developer at Gophr.

Jairo Kasmierchcki completed a Master's Degree in Telecommunication Systems from Queen Mary University of London in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Sussex in 2010. In 2006, they completed an Access to HE in Business Studies from Greater Brighton Metropolitan College. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management from Coursera in 2015, Machine Learning from Coursera in 2013, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2017.
