Senior Back End Developer at GoPomelo

Hunter Johnston started their work experience in 2016 as a Computer Science Workshop Leader at the University of Rochester. In 2016, they also worked as a Job Site Manager at College Pro Painters. In 2017, they became a Computer Science TA at the University of Rochester, teaching courses such as Computer Organization and Computation and Formal Systems. Additionally, they worked as a Web Development Intern at LearnLux, where they fixed bugs and worked on the website. In 2018, they joined GoPomelo as a Senior Back End Developer. At the University of Rochester, they also served as a Computer Science Peer Advisor.

Hunter Johnston attended Pingree High School from 2010 to 2014, where they received a High School Diploma. Following high school, from 2014 to 2018, Hunter attended the University of Rochester and studied Computer Science, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in that field. In 2016 and 2017, Hunter also completed a Full Stack Web Development Certification program at freeCodeCamp, specializing in Computer Software Engineering.
