John Reister is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and electric vehicle sectors. As the founder of GoPowerEV, John developed innovative IoT products for electric vehicle charging in multi-family apartments, enhancing sustainability and accessibility in residential communities. Prior to this, John held leadership roles at Vasona Networks, Inc., where success in executing a comprehensive market strategy contributed to significant mobile network deployments, and at ARRIS, where strategic partnerships were forged to support large B2B customers. John’s career also includes pivotal roles at BigBand Networks, where a groundbreaking IPTV product strategy was established, and as CTO at Copper Mountain Networks. John began professional endeavors as a consultant at Bain & Company. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Wharton School, an MS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University.
