Brian Tratt

Brian Tratt is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Finance at GoPro since November 2012, where roles have included Senior Director of FP&A, Controller, and Assistant Controller. Prior experience includes serving as an Audit Manager at KPMG from September 2006 to November 2012, managing clients in various industries, focusing on technology, software, and equipment leasing, as well as handling IFRS and SEC reporting for VC-backed, high-growth private companies. Brian also held a Financial Reporting Intern position at Sempra Energy in 2005, conducting research on peer company filings and accounting pronouncements, and worked in outside services at Winchester Country Club from 2000 to 2002. Brian Tratt holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accountancy and Financial Management from the University of San Diego.
