Udhaya Shankar D has a comprehensive work experience in the field of design and user experience. Udhaya Shankar started their career in 2004 as a Graphic Designer at Ascendum Systems, where they were responsible for internal projects like intranet and corporate portal graphic design and development. Udhaya Shankar also worked on e-learning product user interface design and animations using flash applications.

In 2007, Udhaya joined Collabera Solutions as an Engineer - User Experience. Here, they were responsible for the user experience of a top automobile e-commerce application and provided design solutions and implementations. Udhaya Shankar also conducted usability analyses for the checkout process with proposals for A/B testing.

In 2008, Udhaya moved to TCS as an IT Analyst. Here, they led and mentored user interface design/development for open source and Microsoft Sharepoint-based projects in the healthcare domain. Udhaya Shankar introduced the process of moodboard and raised awareness about user-centric design approaches. Additionally, they delivered web applications with appropriate web standards and compliances for all projects.

In 2011, Udhaya joined VERISIGN as Lead - UI/UX Designer. Udhaya Shankar was responsible for the end-to-end user experience of prototype design and development for the rapid prototyping team. Udhaya Shankar worked independently, designing web and mobile applications, and created a process for effective design and development of user interfaces to ensure timely delivery.

In 2015, Udhaya worked for Msupply.com as a UX Specialist, where they specialized in user experience. Later that year, they founded GoProtoz, where they currently serve as the Founder and Head of Design and UX.

Udhaya Shankar D obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Periyar University, completing their education from 1999 to 2002.
