Kaleena Laputka

Kaleena Laputka is the current Vice President of Legal at Gopuff. Kaleena has extensive experience in corporate law, having worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and Corporate Counsel at C&D Technologies.

Laputka began their career at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2007, where they worked as the task manager for the acquisition closeout task on the company's Award Monitoring and Oversight Support Services (AMO) contract with the National Science Foundation. In this role, they were responsible for quality assurance and quality control for the AMO contract team. Laputka also planned and moderated monthly development meetings to educate AMO staff members on basic consulting skills.

In 2018, Laputka left Booz Allen Hamilton to join C&D Technologies as Corporate Counsel. In this role, they advised both publicly- and privately-held companies in corporate and commercial transactions and securities matters. Laputka regularly represented companies in capital-raising transactions, including private and public offerings, as well as M&A transactions, including public and private mergers, stock acquisitions and divestitures, and asset purchases and sales. Kaleena also advised companies on corporate governance, securities compliance, SEC disclosure and reporting, commercial agreements and general corporate matters.

Laputka joined Gopuff as Vice President of Legal in 2019. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all legal matters for the company.

Kaleena Laputka attended the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where they earned their JD. Kaleena also holds a BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
