Gina Lavie

Gina Lavie has worked in human resources for over 20 years. Gina started their career as a paralegal coordinator at Jenkens & Gilchrist in 1998. In 2007, they became the admin/recruiting coordinator at Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, where they coordinated attorney and staff recruiting for the Dallas, Houston, and Austin offices. Gina also coordinated the summer associate program and the firm's social events. In 2008, they left Sedgwick to become the exporting coordinator at Baccara LTD, where they supervised all phases of air and ocean shipment operations, including partials, consolidation, and inspections. Gina also translated formal documents and policies from Hebrew to English. In 2014, they left Baccara to become the human resources manager at GoransonBain Ausley.

Gina Lavie has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas. Gina also has certification from SHRM in People Manager Qualification (PMQ).

Gina Lavie reports to Lindley Bain, Managing Partner. They are on a team with Brianne Wojtowicz - Accounting Manager , Brie Ramirez - Operations Manager, and Thomas L. Ausley - Partner. Cindy Haynes - Receptionist, Marisa Huey - Receptionist , and Debra Nunley - Receptionist report to Gina Lavie.
