Shauna Griffis

Shauna Griffis, PHR SHRM-CP CAC CCP GRP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Compensation Analyst at Gorbel Inc. since December 2024, following a progression from HR Business Partner and Sr. HR Business Partner roles within the same organization. With prior experience as an HR Business Partner at Infinity Insurance and as an HR Consultant in Recruitment & Analytics at VIVA Health, Shauna has successfully managed full life-cycle recruitment for challenging positions and provided strategic employee relations guidance. Earlier career roles include HR Generalist, Employee Development Representative, HR Administrator, and People Services Coordinator at various companies, where Shauna developed strong recruitment skills and expertise in employee development.
