David Velarde

David Velarde has over three decades of experience in operations and facilities management. Since March 2001, David has held various positions at Gordian, including Vice President Operations, SW Regional Manager, and Project Manager. Prior to this, David served as the Director of Facilities at Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. from January 1989 to March 2001, managing assignments across the United States in Job Order Contracting and Facilities Management. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology, with a focus on Engineering and History, from Texas Tech University, earned between 1981 and 1986.
