Derek Laduke

Derek LaDuke is an experienced professional in project management and development, currently serving as Area Regional Manager at Gordian since July 2008, where responsibilities include the development, implementation, and support of Gordian Procurement Solutions through web-based software. Prior to Gordian, Derek held the position of Vice President of Development at Dubin Residential/Commercial from February 2006 to February 2008, overseeing project evaluations and budget management. In earlier roles, Derek served as Vice President of Operations at K. Hovnanian Homes from November 2003 to February 2006, focusing on customer acquisition and development management, and as Senior Project Manager at MCL Companies from July 1998 to November 2003, where responsibilities encompassed site evaluation, project design, and multi-project coordination. Derek LaDuke earned a degree from the University of Iowa between 1982 and 1985.
