Mark Persico is a seasoned professional in urban planning and community development, currently serving as a Customer Relationship Manager at Gordian since February 2022, where responsibilities include facilitating public agency partnerships to expedite construction projects through Job Order Contracting. Previously, as an Account Manager for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, Mark successfully managed $74.70 million in procurement for various projects. Experience also includes roles as Principal of Persico Planning Partners, LLC, Assistant City Manager for the City of West Covina, and Chief Operating Officer/Sr. VP at Kosmont Companies. With over 30 years of expertise in planning and community development across multiple cities, Mark has held significant positions in organizations such as the City of San Bernardino and the City of Seal Beach. Mark holds a Master's degree in Planning from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
