Roger Salema, P.Eng., MBA, is an experienced professional in project and account management with a strong background in engineering and business. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Projects and Services and Senior Account Manager at Gordian since May 2021, Roger has previously held leadership roles at Companion Dynamics Inc. and Fortive, managing significant capital planning programs and global asset assessments exceeding $50B.
