Ross Richardson

Ross Richardson has a diverse work experience in finance and business operations. Ross started their career as a Job Order Contracting Financial Intern at VW International, Inc. in 2013, where they gained experience in government contracting and financial management processes. Ross then worked as a Staff Accountant at Musical Innovations in 2014, where they assisted with the implementation of a POS software system and automated inventory management processes.

In 2014, Ross joined Cass Information Systems as an Auditor, where they utilized the company's nControl system to identify and recommend savings for clients. Ross also updated internal audit tools and procedures and maintained excellent relationships with clients during the transition period.

Ross's next role was at Gordian, where they started as a Financial Analyst in 2016. In this position, they were responsible for compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales and revenue data for the RS Means business line. Ross also implemented new processes to improve forecasting accuracy and worked closely with senior management to forecast revenue in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Afterward, Ross was promoted to Finance Manager at Gordian in 2019. In this role, they partnered with various departments to strategically grow revenue and implemented Fortive Business Systems tools to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Most recently, Ross served as the Director of Finance at Gordian, starting in 2021. As the director, they were responsible for financial management and business operations for Gordian's Estimating, Facility Planning, & SaaS business lines. Ross developed the annual budget, made strategic pricing recommendations, and collaborated with marketing and product teams to develop a go-to-market plan.

Ross Richardson attended the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration. Ross'sstudies focused on Corporate Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship. Ross also attended the University of South Carolina, where they earned another Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
