Kelly Offerman has extensive work experience in business development and marketing roles in the A/E/C industry. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development + Marketing at Gordon, where they lead the company's efforts in the Mid-Atlantic region, as well as the Federal sector. Kelly also oversees business development and marketing across the entire company. Prior to this, they held similar roles at HDR and T.Y. Lin International. Additionally, Kelly has experience in conference committee chairing and marketing management. Kelly'searlier career involved marketing roles in industries such as insurance, real estate, and investment consulting.
Kelly Offerman attended Morris Hills Regional High School from 1991 to 1995. Kelly then attended County College of Morris from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained an Associates degree in Liberal Arts/International Studies. From 1998 to 2000, Kelly studied Communications at Saint Elizabeth University, but did not complete a degree.
