Kathleen Justice-Moore graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1991. For the next decade, she specialized in employment law and litigation, representing management-side clients in claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, and reductions-in-force. From 2001 to 2003, she worked for the Foundation as a Research Director and Associate General Counsel. She has served on the boards of the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health, and the Board of Advisors to Vanderbilt Law School, and currently serves on the boards of Ocean Conservancy and the Moore Family Foundation.
