Ari Tamat

Ari Tamat is an experienced professional in asset valuation, finance, and risk management, currently serving as the Director of Valuations at Gordon Brothers since May 2009. Tamat has a diverse background in the real estate sector, having held the position of Manager of Finance/Risk Management at New City Corporation until its closure in 2009, and working as an Analyst in Acquisitions for Asia Pacific Land (Japan) Ltd. from 2004 to 2007. Prior experience includes roles in real estate acquisitions at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and retail development at American Malls International/Western Development Corporation. Ari Tamat holds a Master of Engineering in Urban Engineering from The University of Tokyo and a Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture from Yokohama National University, alongside a certificate in Japanese from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
