Joshua H. Nanberg

Joshua H. Nanberg, CLS, currently serves as Senior Director of Real Estate Services at Gordon Brothers since October 2025. Prior to this role, Joshua held the position of Vice President of Real Estate at Variety Wholesalers, Inc. and at Big Lots, where significant contributions were made in site selection, lease administration, property management, and construction planning. Joshua played a crucial role in the bankruptcy process at Big Lots, overseeing the renegotiation of over 500 leases and facilitating the shutdown of 550 stores. Experience spans various territories including the Northeast, Southwest, and West, with a strong track record in new store developments and strategic planning. Educational background includes a BA in Psychology from Miami University and an Associate degree in Real Estate.
