Mlungisi Ndwandwe

Mlungisi Ndwandwe has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mlungisi started their career as an intern/trainee producer at Eusonia Records in 2009. In 2010, they joined Sun Life Financial and worked as a Senior Consultant in Business Excellence. Mlungisi also participated in their Rotational Leadership Development Program. In 2017, Mlungisi was appointed as the Strategic Business Opportunity Director at National Life Group. Mlungisi then moved on to Gordon Brothers in 2019, where they served as the Director of International Strategy. In 2021, they joined Amalgamated Bank as the Chief of Staff to the President & CEO. Currently, they are a Senior Director of Strategy Execution at Gordon Brothers.

Mlungisi Ndwandwe obtained an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Business from Skidmore College between 2007 and 2010. In 2011 and 2012, they took graduate-level non-degree Extension School classes in Enterprise Management at Harvard University. Mlungisi also completed a program on Strategic Thinking and Transformational Leadership at New York University in 2018. Mlungisi'seducation began with an International Baccalaureate in Economics, Mathematics, and Physics at Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA from 2001 to 2002.
