Phil Heye has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Phil began their career at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P., where they worked in various roles including Planning Manager, Associate Buyer, and Technical Trainer and Design Project Leader. In 1999, they joined Ehvert as a Helpdesk Analyst, providing Tier I technical support and developing an online technical knowledge base. Phil then moved on to Baxter International Inc. in 2002, working as a Desktop Support Analyst and providing Tier II technical support. Since 2005, Phil has been working at Gordon Brothers, where they have held several positions, including Information Technology - Senior Analyst, Manager of Information Technology, Senior IT Manager, and currently, Director of Global Information Technology Support. In these roles, they have taken on various responsibilities such as overseeing Help Desk operations, network administration, and managing IT support teams.

Phil Heye attended Western University from 1986 to 1989. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Honors Biochemistry.
