Nathaniel Perez

Nathaniel Perez currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Community, and Belonging and Title IX Coordinator at Gordon College since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nathaniel spent 14 years at Alliance University as the Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Director of the Center for Racial Reconciliation. Nathaniel's earlier experience includes a seven-year tenure as a Pastor at Christ The Cornerstone Covenant Church from April 2009 to May 2016. Academically, Nathaniel holds a Doctor of Ministry from Alliance Theological Seminary (2016-2019) and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Journalism from Mercy University (1998-2002).
