Jodi Schechter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jodi began their career at Sears, Roebuck and Co., where they held various credit management positions from 1988 to 1993. During this time, they handled collection activities and was responsible for determining the appropriate actions for delinquent accounts.

In 1993, Jodi transitioned into a Business Systems Manager/Project Leader role at Sears. Here, they successfully implemented a centralized automated credit card application imaging system. Jodi collaborated with internal and external groups, vendors, and met project timelines, goals, and budgets.

In 1996, they joined BancTec as a Strategic Consultant, managing day-to-day account activities for strategic customers. Jodi also supported sales efforts, resulting in over $6 million in yearly booking revenue. Jodi then became a Marketing Product Manager, where they created presentations and sales materials, and supported trade shows, sales meetings, and customer visits.

Later, Jodi became a Digital Support Specialist, where they networked multifunction devices and developed training materials.
