Matthew Watkins has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Matthew began their career in the US Navy as an Electronics Technician from 1983 to 1989. Following their military service, they joined the Gordon Flesch Company in 1990 as a Service Technician, later becoming a Service Technician/Trainer and eventually the Corporate Service Trainer. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Systems Engineer in network installation of office product solutions. Matthew then transitioned to a Business Analyst role, providing pre-sales and post-sales support for Production Print solutions from 2012 to 2014. Matthew then took on the role of a Production Print Product Lead from 2014 to 2015, followed by a Senior Business Analyst - Team Lead position from 2016 to 2017. Matthew currently holds the position of Senior Production Analyst - Team Leader since 2020, where they are responsible for driving the performance of the Business Analyst team. Matthew has a strong background in pre-sales and post-sales support, customer presentations, leading equipment demonstrations, and developing customer strategies.

Matthew Watkins began their education journey in 1983, when they joined the US Navy. Matthew studied Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician and successfully completed the Electronics Technician program, earning a degree in the field. Matthew remained in the Navy until 1989.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew obtained two certifications. In May 2018, they became a G7 Color Expert through Idealliance. In March 2013, they also achieved the EFI Fiery Expert certification from EFI.
