Rebecca Williams

Rebecca Williams has a diverse work experience in customer service and support roles. Rebecca started their career in 2011 at Haimer USA LLC, where they provided exceptional customer service by addressing product and service inquiries and resolving any issues. Rebecca also managed financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. In 2014, they joined Heritage Travelware, LTD. as a Customer Service representative, where they continued to provide excellent service until 2018. Rebecca then transitioned to WITTENSTEIN in North America, where they worked in customer support for two years. In 2020, Rebecca joined Flinn Scientific, Inc. as a Customer Care Professional, handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Rebecca recently started working at Gordon Flesch Company in 2022 as a Client Success Specialist.
