Dean Zarafonetis

Dean Zarafonetis serves as the Assistant General Counsel for North America at Gordon Food Service, a position held since January 2015, with previous roles including Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel. Before joining Gordon Food Service, Dean worked as an Associate at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP from September 2009 to January 2015, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance with securities laws. Dean holds a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
