Darryl Swann

Darryl Swann has extensive experience in the construction industry, serving in various superintendent roles across multiple companies since 1985. Currently a Superintendent at Gordon Highlander, Darryl specializes in the industrial and ground-up division since July 2021. Previously, positions include superintendent at Engen Contracting, Inc., where Darryl built ground-up spec buildings, and at J T Vaughn Construction, among others. Notable achievements include managing ground-up commercial projects and acting as T.I. Superintendent on the Waterfront Building for Oracle at Ryan Companies US, Inc. Additionally, Darryl held a long-term role as Sole Proprietor at Swann Enterprises, overseeing general contracting operations. Education was pursued at The University of Texas at Austin from 1978 to 1979.
