Leslie M. Sax is the current Executive Director at Gordon JCC Nashville. Leslie has over fifteen years of experience in nonprofit and healthcare consulting.
Leslie started their career in 2005 with LMS Consulting, where they provided services to hospitals, free clinics and nonprofit agencies. In 2010, they became the Interim Executive Director at Jewish Community Center of Rhode Island (JCCRI) and was responsible for budgeting, staff training and retention, human resources, board and committee development, enforcement of policies and procedures, and supporting the merger the JCCRI with 2 other Jewish community agencies to ensure long term viability.
In their current role as Executive Director at Gordon JCC Nashville, Leslie is responsible for the overall management of the organization. Leslie works with the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic plans, manages budgets and personnel, and ensures that programs and services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Leslie M. Sax has an MPH from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, an MBA in finance from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, and a BA in chemistry from Goucher College.
