James Naughton

James Naughton is a distinguished commercial lawyer currently serving as a Partner and Principal Lawyer at Gordon Legal since December 2017. With extensive experience in legal practice, James has effectively handled claims against major Australian banks, stockbrokers, and financial institutions. Prior to this role, James was a Senior Associate at Slater and Gordon Lawyers from November 2008 to November 2017, specializing in professional negligence claims, financial services litigation, and various disputes involving financial advisers and consumer law.
