Paul Bechtold

Paul Bechtold is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, engineering, and benefits consulting. Currently serving as the RVP and Debt Platforms Manager at Gordon Marketing since December 2018, Paul specializes in debt elimination strategies and training for financial advisors and clients. Previously, Paul held the role of President and CEO at Premium Resources, LLC, focusing on benefits consulting and risk management from May 2010 to August 2024. Additionally, Paul was the owner and off-site manager of Florida Irrigation Specialists and contributed 21 years as an engineer and production supervisor at Ford Motor Company/Visteon Automotive Systems, driving significant process improvements. Paul holds a Master's degree in Executive Development from Ball State University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Purdue University.
