Claire Caillier

Attorney at Gordon McKernan

Claire Caillier received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Southern University Law Center in 2019 where she served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Race, Gender, & Poverty. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication, with a concentration in political communication, and a Minor in Spanish from Louisiana State University in 2013. After graduating from LSU, she moved to Spain where she was an English language assistant in bilingual classrooms for two years. During her last year of law school, she was a law clerk at Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys. Before rejoining Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys, she practiced business immigration for a year and a half, and she also clerked for the Honorable Judge Clayton Davis and the Honorable Judge Robert Wyatt in the 14th Judicial District Court. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association, and the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association’s Women’s Section.
