Property Management

The Property Management team at Gordon Partners is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of over 1,100,000 SF of retail shopping centers across Texas. They handle tenant relations, maintenance, and lease administration to ensure optimal property performance and tenant satisfaction. This team includes a Director of Property Management, a Property Manager, and two Site Porters who collectively focus on maintaining the properties to a high standard and contributing to the company's growth and friendly business atmosphere.
