Blaise Gapp is a seasoned marketing professional with a focus on performance and growth marketing. Currently serving as the Global Performance Marketing Manager at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants since May 2023, Blaise previously held the position of Growth Marketing Manager at Hasbro from July 2022 to May 2023. Prior experience includes Senior Digital Marketing Executive at TeamSport Indoor Go Karting and various roles at Soak and Sleep, where Blaise advanced from Performance Marketing Executive to Content, Social & PR Executive. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Sports Science, Sports Development and Management from Loughborough University, complemented by a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma awarded with Distinction and recognized as Candidate of The Year from Edexcel. Blaise's foundational education was completed at Guildford County School.
