Eduardo Vilches

Eduardo Vilches is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Payroll Manager at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants since May 2025, Eduardo previously held progressive payroll roles at JKS Restaurants from July 2019 to May 2025, including Head of Payroll, Payroll Manager, and Payroll Officer. Prior experience includes HR & Payroll Coordinator at Wahaca and various roles in customer service and marketing at organizations such as Keep Britain Tidy and Apple. Eduardo began a career in environmental management as a Health, Safety and Environmental Intern at Eli Lilly and Company. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Development from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
