James Petrie

James Petrie is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the fine dining sector. Currently serving as the Group Executive Development Chef at the Gordon Ramsay Group since June 2015, James has previously held prominent roles at the Fat Duck, where responsibilities included Head of Creative Development and Head Pastry Chef. Additionally, James began the culinary journey as a Pastry Chef at The Inn at Little Washington from 2000 to 2002.
