Robert Bodzin

Robert Bodzin is a seasoned Business Trial Attorney and Partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, with over 30 years of experience in complex litigation across California and New York. Specializing in practice areas such as commercial litigation, class action, unfair competition, and D&O shareholder litigation, Bodzin defends corporations and individuals in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. Additionally, Bodzin manages commercial transactions, consults on litigation avoidance, and actively participates as an adviser and speaker in various legal forums, including the DRI Retail & Hospitality Committee. Prior experience includes a tenure at Burnham Brown, where Bodzin co-chaired the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, and earlier litigation roles in New York. Bodzin holds a JD from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a BS in Political Science from the University at Albany.
