Karen Trombetta

Karen Trombetta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement, events, and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement and Partnerships at Go! Retail Group since July 2025, Trombetta previously held the position of Development Manager at Miracle Foundation from August 2023 to August 2025. Prior roles include Program Coordinator at Fifth Street DMC, Director of Operations at Love Child Mag Mini Market, and Director of Special Events at LifeWorks Austin, among others. Trombetta began the professional journey as an intern at LatinWorks and later enhanced organizational efficiency as an Administrative Coordinator at St. Edward's University. Educational credentials include a BA in Communications and a Master of Arts in Human Services from St. Edward's University, along with studies at Florence University of the Arts.
