Previously, Eli held the position of Senior Director of Customer Experience & Retention at Jones Road Beauty, and Director of Customer Experience at OLIPOP PBC, where impressive achievements included a 30-fold increase in subscription customers and a remarkable revenue growth of over 1200% driven by the customer experience team. Eli also founded CX Friends, a community for Customer Experience leaders, and has accumulated extensive experience in customer experience roles at various companies, including FUGU Luggage and Sayar Care.
