Brian Robinson

Brian brings diverse experience along with a truly unique skillset and distinct perspective to GSB’s leadership team. He was most recently Director of Talent Strategy and Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Bowdoin College. During his tenure, Brian designed and implemented recruitment and retention programs with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equity. He oversaw employee performance, conducted wage and market analysis, and chaired the presidential working group on remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to Bowdoin, Brian worked at Androscoggin Bank and Norway Savings Bank in human resources and retail banking. Brian earned a B.A. from the University of Vermont.
