Guste Stephens

Guste Stephens is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing and brand management. Currently serving as Head of Growth Marketing at Lunar Energy since June 2021, Guste focuses on promoting clean energy solutions and building resilient virtual power plants. Prior roles include Senior Marketing Manager at both Moixa, where efforts were directed at sustainable energy technology, and TransferGo, where a successful rebranding initiative significantly increased conversion rates. Guste has also contributed to public sector programs and has held various marketing and communication roles in organizations such as Techspace® and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Lithuania. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of York, alongside ongoing studies in strategic marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
