Phil Bell

Phil Bell is an experienced operations and supply chain professional with a strong background in strategic planning and management. Currently serving as Operations Director at Gorilla Glue Europe Ltd since December 2024, Phil has held several key leadership roles, including EMEA Planning Director at Spectrum Brands (UK) Limited and Head of Planning at Glen Dimplex Consumer Appliances. Previous positions include Head of Supply Chain and Head of Demand and Supply Planning at Bestway Wholesale and Bestway Retail, respectively, as well as various supply chain roles at Iceland Foods spanning two decades. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Coventry University, earned between 1998 and 2001.
