Since founding Gorilla Jobs in September 2017, Jimmy has played a pivotal role in establishing the company as a market leader in healthcare recruitment in Australia. Prior to this, Jimmy held senior recruitment positions at Ochre Health and Sigma Resourcing Pty Ltd, where expertise in recruiting GP's and Specialist Doctors was developed. Additional roles at Finite IT Recruitment Solutions, Horizon Consulting PTY LTD, Juice360°, Strand Associates Consulting, Itelco Group, and Computer Futures Solutions contributed to a robust background in recruitment across various industries. Jimmy holds a Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing from Vrij Hoger Economisch Instituut E.S. and a Master's degree in Music Production and Audio Engineering from Berklee College of Music.

Gorilla Jobs established itself to a Healthcare Recruitment Leader in Australia covering 6 business units (Doctor Recruitment, Pharmacy Recruitment, Medical Imaging Recruitment, Dental Recruitment, Nursing Recruitment and Allied Health Recruitment). Recently, we added a Legal Recruitment Unit to the organisation with the goal to replicate our Healthcare Recruitment Success. The Gorilla-team is made up of highly influential and driven consultants, who are given the freedom and flexibility to operate autonomously and freely, with limited constraints. Gorilla Jobs was formed with the purpose of delivering exceptional results to Clients and Candidates alike; by optimising the recruitment process, focusing on people values, and importantly the quality outcomes that are derived through industry experience. Our team of consultants has grown since its inception from 2 to 18 in the space of three years.
