Shannon Shambre has extensive experience in quality control and service management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Warranty Program Manager at Gorman-Rupp Pumps since December 2010, Shannon has previously held roles as Service Repair Technician and Quality Inspector in the same organization, specializing in programming a CMM equipped with a Revo head using OpenDMIS for inspecting production parts and fulfilling traditional inspection duties. Prior experience includes working as a CMM Tech at Shiloh Industries from January 2004 to January 2009. Education was completed at North Central Technical College from 1992 to 1994.
