Jakob Plesner Mathiasen

Jakob Plesner Mathiasen is a distinguished legal professional specializing in media and entertainment law, currently serving as Partner and Managing Counsel at Gorrissen Federspiel since November 2021. As the head of the Media & Entertainment division, Jakob provides expert legal assistance in copyright, media law, and new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and Extended Reality. Jakob has extensive experience in various roles, including National Group Director of IFPI Denmark since 2010, founder and host of the podcast "Entertainmentlaw," and External Lecturer in Entertainment Law at the University of Copenhagen.
